The Project
One of the cities latest developments is home to a range of Nullifire fire stopping products. An eight-storey high, 183,000 sq. Ft building surrounded by Birmingham’s most prestigious listed and cultural buildings is set to be the home for a range of commercial offices and retail facilities.
Working with our trusted partner GRJ Contracting a variety of fire stopping products were installed to achieve the internal fire stopping strategy.
Using products like FB750 Intubatt Coated Batt and FS702 Intumastic Fire Resistant Acrylic Sealant – the striking new development allowed for GRJ Contracting to use the complete passive fire protection offering from Nullifire. A representative at GRJ Contracting commented, “All products and services provide by Nullifire during this project were brilliant and allowed us to provide the highest standard of fire protection required by the main contractor.”
